Shipping policy

All items ship within 2-3 business days from ordering (excluding the day you order). Our turnaround time does NOT include shipping time. These two items are separate. We are a small business and occasionally we may go over this turnaround time, thanks for understanding! Any item purchased as a pre-order will ship during the pre-order window set at the time of ordering. If you purchase pre-order items with ready-to-ship items they will all ship with your pre-order. No exceptions.
