Cancellations
Cancellations may be possible if your order has not shipped, but please know that due to how quickly we process orders we may not be able to accommodated your request.
Refunds + Returns
You can request returns from your account, simply by logging in and clicking on the item ordered. A $4.50 flat fee is charged for all returns and deducted from your return refund. We accept returns within 30 days from the date that the item has been marked delivered. No returns or store credits will be accepted after this timeline. Items must be returned in original packaging and unused. Returns can be sent back to:

We suggest mailing returns back via USPS First Class Package services to ensure that your item is properly tracked as we're not responsible for lost packages. Returns will be processed 5-7 business days after we receive the item.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. You will simply need to return your item via the steps above and then order the new item you prefer.
