Create-a-Party-Hat Activity
Includes a printable party hat that can be cut out and shaped into a classic cone. Adhesive dots are included for easy, mess-free assembly. Once shaped, simply punch a hole on each side to tie on the silver glitter string (included). A glitter pom-pom is also provided as an option for the top; this should be attached by a parent using a hot glue gun or craft glue and allowed to dry before wearing.
